About your new Company:

Yoogo is part of Equipment Leasing and Finance Holdings Ltd (ELF) which incorporates AB Equipment, NZ trucks and Speirs Finance. The group has approximately 620 staff in 30 locations across NZ.

Yoogo Fleet concentrates on fleet management and leasing.  Yoogo Share is all about pure electric car sharing.

About your new role:

An opportunity has become available for an Office Assistant "extraordinaire" to join our Team. Reporting to the GM Yoogo Share, this is a varied role which touches on every corner of Yoogo. You will be the first responder to the helpdesk calls and emails.   You will also be responsible for providing quality Administration and Sales & Marketing support to staff, clients and business partners. Job Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service
  • Office administration
  • Invoicing & Accounts Receivables
  • Sales & Marketing Support
  • Executive Support
  • Vehicle set-up, liaison and delivery
  • Event Management
  • Managing a project plan...and everything in between 

What you will need to succeed:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Calm, methodical, attention to detail.
  • Strong administration & organisation skills
  • Accounts receivables experience would be an advantage
  • Positive outlook with a "can do" attitude
